Ingredients:

  • 100g fettuccine pasta
  • 150g chicken breast, sliced
  • 50g heavy cream
  • 30g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken breast and season with salt and black pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the Alfredo sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
