Cheesy Steak Pasta Bake
Ingredients:
- 200g Pasta
- 150g Steak
- 100g Parmesan Cheese
- 200g Cottage Cheese
- 100ml Milk
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Oven
- Stove Top
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a skillet on the stove top, cook the steak over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cooked steak, Parmesan cheese, cottage cheese, and milk. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
