Cheesy Steak Pasta Bake

 


Ingredients:

  • 200g Pasta
  • 150g Steak
  • 100g Parmesan Cheese
  • 200g Cottage Cheese
  • 100ml Milk

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  • In a skillet on the stove top, cook the steak over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cooked steak, Parmesan cheese, cottage cheese, and milk. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
