Creamy Parmesan Steak Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200g Pasta
  • 150g Steak
  • 50g Parmesan Cheese
  • 100ml Milk

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • While the pasta is cooking, season the steak with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a skillet on the stove top over medium-high heat and add the steak.
  • Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, then remove from the skillet and let it rest.
  • In the same skillet, lower the heat and add the milk, stirring to combine with the steak drippings.
  • Grate the Parmesan cheese and add it to the skillet, stirring until melted and creamy.
  • Slice the steak into strips and add it to the creamy sauce.
  • Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined.
